1. Ensuring Monthly/Quarterly and Annual Sales targets of the branches are met.
2. Conduct sales promotion activities in the local market for generating New gold loan
customers
3. Assist branches in planning sales promotion strategies
4. Supporting Regional Managers in planning and organizing sales promotional events in
Branch locations
5. Help branches to plan and conduct customer needs
6. Monitor the Gold Loan Growth constantly and focus on the negative growth branches and
take remedial steps to promote them to positive growth.
7. Avoid Nil Pledge branches
8. Avoid below 1Cr branches in Kerala and below 2Cr in outside Kerala
9. Planning & Implementing Sales Promotion during branch openings and branch shifting.
10.Monitoring the conversion of Leads generated by branches/Sales team.
11.Ensuring the conversion of leads by the sales executives at branches.
12.Ensure the dormant customer activation of minimum 10% per month in every assigned
branch
13.Lead collection of minimum 100 per assigned branch per month
14.Generate referrals through personal contacts
15.Meetings customers to promote gold loan proposition.
16.Understand the need of the customer and cross sell other products accordingly
17.Generate business and leads for other Third Party products
18.Enter meetings, leads, conversions in LMS on daily basis.
19.NCD and sub debt mobilization in assigned branches
20.Ensure all allotted branch is activated 101% new KYC target
