1. Identify the Vacancy and share the vacancy tracker weekly.
2. Sourcing the Candidates. (Conduct 2 walk-ins in a week)
3. Line up the candidate for an interview. (Inform the candidate to apply through our portal)
4. Coordinate for selection process. (Submit the interview documents from Zonal level to CHR).
5. Negotiate the salary with the candidates as advised by the CHR
7. Assign and Collect the EVR report from the zone/branch.
8. Follow up with CHR for the issuance of Offer letter (OL).
6. Collect and share the OL acknowledgement of acceptance to CHR.
7. Weekly Circulate the joining details of the candidates of your zone.
11. Onboarding the staff.
12. Collect the balance documents on joining date and scan and send it to CHR
8. The hard copy of the entire documents from the Interview application form till the last document has to be sent to CHR.
9. Prepare weekly MIS tracker on recruitment and joining and send it to CHR on last working day of the week.
10. Coordinating to collect the performance data of the staff completed 3, 6 and 9 months of service.
